Since 1995, I've held various positions in Amadeus North America including Customer Support Professional, Technical Trainer, Instructional Technologist, and currently Team Leader for the Employee Training and Development Team. My team is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our help desk and Sales force in the form of classroom, virtual, and eLearning and administering all enrollment activities for internal and external customers. We are also responsible for developing eLearning courses for external customers for our corporate university. I've been part of a lot of new and exciting projects including leading the implementation of Wikis, Blogs, Mlearning, and now video podcast.

I'm married and the proud mother of two children and two doggies. I was born in New York but a Dominican at heart. I love the simple things in life such as hanging out with my friends and family and just laughing. I'm very down to earth, loyal, and a fun person and I like to associate myself with the same kind of people. Life is too complicated as is, why add more to it?

I'm a Social Media enthusiast and in my spare time I love testing new Social Media sites and iPhone apps and sharing my reviews.
